Fresh Meat

This is one of my favorite sounds if for no other reason than because it makes me smile. You'll understand the title once you hear it. The red arrows indicate the direction I was walking and the bright red square is the point where the music was coming from.

Northern Point Lighthouse

This recording is more subtle than the others, it's light ambient noise I captured amid the trees. Early in the recording a dog with a little bell on his collar ran by and later some distant voices can be heard.

Bradford Beach

This was one of the earliest sounds I recorded and it really helped me "get my feet wet." I started recording on the shore but decided it'd be best to get out into the lake so I rolled up my jeans and that's what I did.

Sewer at Lake Park

The top picture is more of an overview of where I was, you can see the sewer in the upper left encompassed by a red box. Click on either of the pictures to get a larger image.

I placed the microphones through the grate but was also able to catch a bit of conversation as the grate is very close to a popular walking path.

It's called a "Bubbler"

This is one of the coolest old-school bubblers I've seen the fairly recent past. It wouldn't shut off so it just kept on running, and from the way it looked it'd been running for a long, long time. I placed one mic at the base of the fountain, and the other directly next to the running water.
